15th international cyclodextrin symposium
The complexation of daidzein with native -cyclodextrins (-CDs) and modified hydroxypropyl--cyclodextrins (HP--CDs) was studied at pH 7.0. The complexation constant between daidzein and the two types of CDs was calculated by using fluormetric method.
When increasing concentrations of CDs were added to the reaction medium, the fluorescence intensity increased until a maximum was reached (Figure 1 A). This increase was due to the formation of inclusion complexes between daidzein and CDs. The representation of 1/(F-F0) vs 1/[CDs] (double reciprocal plot), known as a Benesi-Hildebrand plot (Figure 1B), leads to a straight line in both cases, indicating the 1:1 stoechiometry of the complexes. The Kc values obtained showed that HP--CDs (Kc of 3072 352 M-1), were more effective in the complexation of daidzein than -CDs (Kc of 1115 102 M-1).

Los objetivos por los cuales voy al congreso son los siguientes.
Es el congreso más importante relacionado con el tema de mi investigación y considero que es muy importante asistir al mismo pues me podría dar ideas para solucionar ciertos problemas.
